It’s common for people that want to video blog to think they have to have certain equipment and everything just so. I think you should just start with what you have and build from there. A camera that I would have bought several years ago when I started is not what I would want now. Things that I thought editing software should have – never got used and other things the software didn’t have were things I wanted.
Also there’s the possibility that you will hate video blogging. I can’t imagine why, but there is that possibility.
So, get your feet wet. Start vlogging. Then figure out which direction and equipment you want. The equipment I use is listed on my resources page.
