This is a question I don’t hear very often, but it’s a good one. Lizzie answered the question very well in the embedded video.
My tip to add is, “Be comfortable.” If it comes down to a choice between something not quite as nice for video vs. something great that makes you feel awful – go with the comfortable outfit.
