Below is the link-up for your contest videos. It’s not a contest here. It’s to be a collection of videos that were used for contests – any contest. I embedded one I made this week for the contest at Makeover Momma.
The major thing I would change is the sound. It’s hard to hear some times because of the wind. Truthfully, I didn’t think about the wind until I was out in it and I was a bit lazy. I didn’t want to do the extra work to record with the digital recorder and edit the sound in.
A question about contest videos: How much time and effort should be put into it when it’s not for sure that I will get anything in return? First I think about how much I really want the prize. With that in mind I try to balance the time and effort I put into the video. Some returns for this video- even if I don’t win- are exposure, new contacts, and more content.
