- 1. have the product out of the box
- 2. know how to operate it
- 3. have an opinion of what’s good and not so good about it
- 4. tell about it in your own words instead of reading ad copy
- 5. tell others where to get it
- 6. keep it short
- 7. make sure audience can see it
