What holds your attention longer – text or video? People are more likely to watch a whole video rather than read a whole lengthy web page.
To put it another way: Video will help you keep a potential customer’s attention longer than text will. Now you just have to figure out what you want to tell that potential customer.
Do you need to…
- 1. tell them about your product and what it does,
- 2. tell them why your product is better than a similar product,
- 3. or tell them about a special offer you have?
I suggest focusing on one of those points for a clearer, easier to understand video.
And remember, even though video may keep their attention longer than text it probably will not keep it for longer than 3 minutes.
