Love hearing that your husband is your favorite boss. That bodes well for the success of the business. I wonder if he feels like you are his boss.
Or maybe like you are “co-workers”.
Inconsistent and manager are not words that belong together! How did he become a manager if he wasn’t good at it? When I was a manager, I a.) tried to set the example I wanted to see from people and b.) was consistent.
