Micro-Vlogging Or Where To Tweet Videos

Below is the link-up for your tweets that used video.

I’ve used Bubble Tweet previously and it was easy to use. I’m just not wild about how much is cropped out around the edges, but since you know that it will crop you can adjust accordingly. You can read about my experience or just go right to the bubble tweet.

For this challenge the first micro-vlogging service I tried was Tweetvid. Here’s the tweet with the video link of me typing with a fractured knuckle. It was easy to use and seemed to go through fine. I just wish that the link was at the end – maybe I need to change something.

Then I tried Twideo but it didn’t seem to work.

Third I tried TwitC to micro-vlog about my 3 year old doing the dishes. This site went pretty fast. The down side was that I had to login twice. It does open a new browser window if the link is clicked in Tweetdeck.

Last for now, I tried TwitLens, but had problems with it and gave up because it took too much time.

Next week’s challenge: A video with flowers in it. This shouldn’t be too hard considering it’s spring and close to Mother’s Day.

Did you ever tweet a video? Link right to the tweet or to a post that talks about it. Do you know another micro-vlogging service I should try?
