I got to meet Cindy Goodman at SheStreams. She is a syndicated writer that is published weekly; her topic is Work/Life Balance. She attended my vlogging workshop, decided to learn something new, and started vlogging.

Here are 8 tips from Mashable on how to maximize your YouTube presence.

This was an interesting read about the editor that you don’t want to let go. I don’t have 10 years experience, but I think I fit the other points. Contact me through this form to edit for you.

Links | Shirt Oops, Good-bye Flip, and Editing

link loveMy FitBloggin session has been officially announced! I think it is a great idea to announce the sessions in separate blog posts. Roni asked what I wanted included and even offered to add a poll. Wow. My mess up is my shirt in the video. What was I thinking to wear a snowman shirt? Evidently I wasn’t thinking. Obviously this video was made during the cold winter months, but it’s in front of the green screen so watchers wouldn’t know that. Except I wore the shirt with the snowman… Let this be a lesson to you. It certainly is to me. :)

I can’t say that I’m terribly upset about it since I use a Kodak and Sony, but there are some broken-hearted Flip fans out there. Jules has gone so far as to start a campaign to save the Flip. I do want to say a thank you to Flip for starting the pocket camcorder era; that is a very good thing.

There are some wonderful points about editing in this article on Videomaker titled Expand and Condense Time. It’s a 2 pager, but the first page is a good read if you don’t have enough time for the second.
